I will use gasoline or denatured EtOH (I don't know which one will be the controlling case.yet) as the VOC generation case. The blending plant will be operated as a standalone facility within the existing SAFX-Trenton, ND refinery site. Any utilities, feedstock, or product that crosses the fence-line/changes custody will be metered and accounted for. With that being said, I'm working on a stand-alone PTC for the blending plant.
