I currently have the "green-light" letter from the USDA, Holiday's initial letter, and the original letter from the North Dakota State Building and Construction Trades Council (it has the old Bakken Oil Refinery name). I do have a copy of the North Dakota State Building and Construction Trades Council letter for the grant, but have not included it in the appendix for the feasibility study. Do you have any other letters to add (ex. offtakes, feedstock with Bartlett)? If so, could you please send them over to me and I will add them in the final document.
