I think the loan-to-value summary needs to be put on the agenda for the
meeting with the bank.

 

Loan-to-value is not about why you need/are going for the loan.  It is not
how the loan provides value to AIC.  Instead, a bank uses a loan-to-value
ratio as a measure of their risk in case the group they loan the money to
defaults.  This could be an internal calculation the bank will do when
reviewing the application and something we don't have to worry about at this
time.

 

However, it is certainly a question to ask BND during the meeting this week.
